Petland Puppy Warranty
This warranty is void unless a licensed veterinarian examines your puppy within five business days of departure. The puppy warranted by Petland Pensacola (Petland) to the original purchaser, in accordance with Florida law section 828.29, to be healthy at the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted. During the 14 days following the purchase, should a veterinarian certify that, at the time of purchase, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness or disease, or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, or the presence of internal or external parasites, any of these conditions not having been disclosed to you at the time of purchase, you must notify your Petland retailer within (2) business days. Written certification from a veterinarian must be presented to this retailer no later than (3) business days following the receipt thereof. A puppy is not determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after a customer takes possession of the puppy, or for any condition disclosed at the time of purchase. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a dog unfit for sale unless the pet is clinically ill because of that condition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Petland will offer all options in accordance with Florida Law to any customer approved for a warranty claim. Medical treatment under this warranty applies only to medical conditions clearly in effect before the puppy left Petland.
