I give this place 4 stars ONLY because of how incredible MICHAEL is. He is such a sweet person and was extremely helpful!!! He was attentive and spent a lot of time helping me.
HOWEVER! There was another worker there by the name of Alan(unsure of spelling) but he was extremely rude to Michael and caused a big scene in front of myself and other customers, yelling at Michael as he was trying to help me. I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional in my entire life. I can understand worker “quarrels” however I will never understand yelling and disrespecting someone in front of customers. Alan was EXTREMELY rude, and I left promptly after that scene without purchasing what I needed because of it.
There was also another heavier set woman there who I had informed (as Michael was helping another customer) that the puppy I was playing with had gone to the bathroom in the play pen. INSTEAD OF JUST CLEANING IT UP, she proceeded to go all around the store looking for Michael so that he could clean it up. What the hell? What kind of people are you guys hiring? Michael is a gem and was very kind and sweet to me but these other two were rude and obviously did not want to do their jobs.
