Update: I previously posted a negative review for a customer service issue I experienced on 9/24/18. Petland contacted me the very next morning to apologize for the misunderstanding. The manager JP and the owner of this store truly went out of their way to make the situation right and we couldn’t be happier with our new puppy. Thank you very much!
