When I went, and I can't remember exactly when that was, but most likely on the weekend, because it certainly was crowded. But, I can understand why when looking at their awesome selection of all things pets ! And, if they don't have it, they will order it for you. The staff were adept at handling big crowds and even put on short animal shows to explain the what's, where's, how's and why's of the many various creatures that they provide. Awesome-ness on four legs !
